Deb L. Nelson

Deb Nelson is founder and president of DLN Consulting, Inc.  Deb began her career as an educator and has a strong educational background.  She also has twenty years of extensive experience and exemplary background in public relations and coalition building.  Deb spent ten years as a community coalition coordinator, supervising prevention, traffic safety, and community services programs for an eleven-county region.

Deb has a proven track record of achievement and steadily increasing success.  She has served as a grant writer for a variety of state and local public and private agencies.  She has demonstrated her ability as a successful educator by serving as a lecturer/presenter at various national, state, and local conferences on highway safety, injury prevention, alcohol and drug prevention, and community action conferences.  Deb utilizes the most up-to-date strategies from several consulting activities.  She has trained and educated attendees at workshops in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah.  Deb has also served as the principal administrator for several research-based studies in alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, violence prevention, and traffic safety.

Deb draws on a distinguished career to provide strategic solutions for DLN Consulting, Inc.'s clients.  Deb notes, "The consulting and technical assistance services I've been involved in over the years have provided me with a full appreciation of the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations today.  It is important to me that DLN develops an individualized plan that satisfies each of our clients' unique needs."
