Tonya Kottre - Technology Manager/Program Consultant

Tonya's official title is "Technology Manager/Program Consultant," but as with her co-workers, she wears many different hats at DLN Consulting.

In a previous life, Tonya was a veteran Quality Assurance Manager. Her skills in quality control are on tap for her current position, as she is responsible for program data and quality assurance for the various survey components that DLN provides clients. In addition, Tonya has a hand in research and report composition.
