DLN Consulting, Inc. has enabled CDOT to conduct traffic safety coalition training to a level that we alone wouldn't be able to conduct.  The professionalism and expertise that DLN Consulting, Inc. has provided has enabled CDOT to train and support our coalitions to execute better and execute more program activities to support our statewide "Click It or Ticket" campaign.  CDOT will continue to develop and support our traffic safety coalitions with the guidance and support from DLN Consulting, Inc.

What a pleasure it is to work with the knowledgeable, professional, and proficient staff of DLN Consulting.  Their attention to detail is superb.  Deb and each of her staff ensure understanding and keep lines of communication open while working with us on projects.  I couldn't be happier with the owner or staff.  We plan to utilize their skills often.

I have had the opportunity to work with DLN Consulting on several projects over the years and have always appreciated their experience and expertise in traffic safety and injury prevention issues.

However, I did not realize the full extent of DLN's capabilities until they were hired in 2005 to assist with development of the North Dakota State Plan for Suicide Prevention.  Deb competently facilitated several meetings of the North Dakota Suicide Prevention Task Force, a diverse group of individuals with one goal, but many different ideas on how to accomplish that goal.  Using a consensus-building approach, DLN guided the task force through the process of developing a mission statement, identifying priority areas and establishing goals and strategies to address those priorities.

The staff of DLN reviewed data on suicides in North Dakota, compared it to national data and then presented the information using easy-to-understand graphs, figures, and narrative explanations.  DLN researched evidence-based strategies for preventing suicides and assisted the Task Force with incorporating the strategies into North Dakota's goals and priorities.

At the conclusion of the project, DLN presented the Task Force with a comprehensive document, "North Dakota Suicide Prevention Plan" that included letters of support, a history of suicide prevention in North Dakota, 25 years of suicide data, goals and strategies specific to North Dakota, and suicide prevention resources.

The hard work of the Task Force and DLN Consulting was rewarded in 2006 when the North Dakota Department of Health was awarded a federal grant to help implement strategies identified in the State Plan.

The Southwest Coalition of Safe Communities has had the pleasure of working with DLN Consulting, Inc. for many years.  The staff is extremely pleasant and professional to work with, and they get the job done in a most efficient and timely manner.  Most recently, DLN Consulting assisted in writing a survey, which they helped administer to grades 6-12 throughout Region VIII.  DLN Consulting staff compiled all the data and produced a remarkable report, which was distributed back to the schools.

DLN Consulting also assisted the Southwest Coalition of Safe Communities, the Safe Communities coalition in Region VIII, with developing a Five-Year Strategic Plan.  This took several meetings and the end result was a viable plan for our coalition members and our community.
