Diane Sickler, a University of North Dakota graduate, joined our staff in 2007 to perform the tasks of in-house accounting and help with various projects. Diane’s passion for finance has since grown. Now as Finance Manager, Diane’s responsibilities have grown to include a wider variety of “behind the scenes” managerial duties. These duties include managing financial records, budgets, policies, and procedures. Along with managing these areas, Diane plays an integral role in the development of these policies and procedures.
Diane has also assumed the role of the Policies and Procedures Officer. This role for Diane encompasses helping develop human resource policies and procedures, advising company management about basic human resource issues, assuring company compliance with the law on human resource issues, and various other human resource responsibilities.
With her previous experience in retail management and finance, Diane knows customer service, time management, and perseverance are keys to a successful consulting firm, such as DLN Consulting, Inc.
