Lydia Camp joined the DLN Consulting, Inc. team in 2003. Currently she serves as DLN’s Program and Operations Manager. In her role, she is responsible for the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling human and other resources to achieve company goals, effectively and efficiently. She serves on DLN’s executive management team, which provides company leadership and direction.
Lydia's background is in management--properties and people, to be specific. She has extensive experience within the business world, and brings a keen understanding of what it takes to manage complex organizations.
A supportive team player, Lydia has an innate ability to work well with people from all walks of life. Her well-developed negotiation skills allow her to administer effective team-building and training programs.
Lydia is also a very resourceful Program Manager, constantly discovering new creative strategies and an efficient means of conducting projects and programs for DLN clients.
