DLN Consulting, Inc.

New State Partnership

DLN Consulting, Inc. serves as a facilitator for North Dakota's State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW).

The state of North Dakota was awarded a grant by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to fund an effort to bring together researchers, data analysts, and program persons from across the state to discuss and share information regarding substance (alcohol, illicit drugs, and tobacco) consumption and consequences.  The purpose of the group is to examine alcohol, tobacco, and other drug-related archival data, and to determine the scope and extent of substance use and substance abuse-related problems in the State and communities.

DLN works in collaboration with the SEOW project director, research analyst, state prevention coordinator, project evaluator, and epidemiologist to plan and organize the work into specific tasks for their completion.  The primary role of DLN is to ensure the SEOW agenda and work plans are focused and moving forward in a timely manner.
