DLN Consulting, Inc. and United Way of Dickinson Partner for Strategic Plan

DLN Consulting, Inc. had the privilege of working with United Way of Dickinson to complete a strategic plan for the organization.  Kim Dressler, Executive Director of United Way, contacted DLN to discuss long term planning.  DLN began the customized planning process and worked with Ms. Dressler and the United Way Board of Directors to determine the direction the organization wanted to take. With DLN's help, and through a consensus-building process, United Way identified focus areas in which to work through the end of 2011.  Goals were developed to meet the focus areas, and strategies were identified to help meet the goals.  Evaluation criteria and tools were documented to track the progress of each goal and strategy.  DLN Consulting, Inc. developed a strategic plan based on the goals and strategies the organization had identified.  The United Way of Dickinson will determine specific activities and tasks for each goal in annual planning sessions.
