Events Coordination

Let DLN Consulting, Inc. coordinate your next conference or meeting.  We will help develop your budget and monitor expenditures.  We use precision planning and organized personnel to handle all the details.  The planning for all events is classified into three stages, Pre-Event, Event, and Post-Event.

The following services include, but are not limited to the following:

 

Pre-Event

All pre-event planning and meetings will be coordinated with the sponsor or contracting agent.  Included in the pre-event planning stage are logo and theme development, marketing and promotion, speaker acquisitions, speaker contracts, exhibitor invitations and contracts, hotel and food negotiations, and obtaining continuing education credit approval.  We also develop a website page for registration and promotion of your event.  If you need an evaluation of your event, DLN can design one for you.

 

Event

During each event, a contracting agent may elect to receive on-site staffing.  The DLN Consulting, Inc. staff will staff the registration area including packet distribution; facilitate the conferences; monitor continuing education participation; collect all evaluations; and distribute Certificates of Attendance.

 

Post-Event

Services included in the Post-event stage include event closing, reimbursement accounting, and generating a data report from all evaluation forms.
