We are passionate about creating effective strategic plans because we know first-hand how important and beneficial a well-thought-out strategy can be for any organization. We have helped scores of organizations in developing their strategies, and understand the unique requirements that a nonprofit entity has in meeting the goals of its volunteers and staff.

Strategic plans are living documents that an organization should turn to on a daily basis. In so doing, an organization's chance at long-term success is increased exponentially.

A "Typical" Nonprofit Strategic Planning Session

Every DLN strategic planning session is personalized to fit the unique needs of the organization, as no two organizations are exactly the same. Here's an example of the process we might take for a "typical" small local-based nonprofit, such as a church:

I. Pre-planning worksheet; filled out by members and compiled by DLN

II. Background Meetings (three to four)

III. Follow-up by DLN
